Our Policies & Procedures
Cancellations/Missed Appointments:
~ 24 hours notice is required for all appointments. No Shows or cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
~ Three Strike Policy: In order to provide the best quality service The Royal Dog works "By Appointment Only". Our appointments are important to us. If a family or pet misses 3 scheduled appointments without calling prior the the missed appointment you will be required to leave a deposit to schedule another appointment.
~ Holiday appointment no-shows will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. (Holiday appointments are any booked within 7 days before Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years)
Snow Emergency/Winter Policy:
We will be off the road if Woburn public schools are closed, if your towns schools are closed or if we feel the conditions are hazardous. You will receive a phone call to confirm snow closings the night prior or by 8:30am the morning of.
Holiday Closings:
We will be closed on the following holidays. Please note Holiday closings DO NOT effect boarding and Pet Sitting services!
